Every project begins with a conversation. Simply submit an inquiry through our contact page, and we'll schedule a consultation to learn about your goals, vision, and project needs. From there, we'll recommend the best service or prepare a customized proposal tailored to your project.
Do you offer custom packages?
Absolutely. While we offer thoughtfully curated service packages, every business and project is unique. If your needs extend beyond our standard offerings, we're happy to create a custom proposal designed specifically for you.
Do you only work with businesses?
Not at all. While we primarily partner with businesses and organizations, we also work with couples, nonprofits, community organizations, and individuals looking for thoughtful, custom design solutions.

Pricing & Payment
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your project and reserve time in our schedule. Remaining balances and payment milestones will be outlined in your project proposal.
Are your prices fixed?
Our listed prices are starting investments. Final pricing depends on the scope, complexity, timeline, and specific needs of your project.

Payment details and due dates will be outlined in your project proposal or invoice. A deposit is required to reserve your project, with the remaining balance due according to the agreed payment schedule.
Project Timeline
How long does a project take?
Project timelines vary based on the service and project scope. During our consultation, we'll provide an estimated timeline and keep you informed throughout the creative process.
Can you accommodate rush projects?
When availability allows, we may be able to accommodate expedited timelines. Rush fees may apply depending on the project requirements.
Design Process
How many revisions are included?
Each package includes revisions appropriate for the scope of work. Additional revisions are always available if needed and will be discussed before work begins.
What files will I receive?
Upon project completion, you'll receive the appropriate print-ready and digital files based on your selected service. Brand Identity projects include professionally prepared files suitable for both print and digital use.
Content & Social Media
Do I need to provide photos and videos?
You're welcome to provide your own content, or we can discuss custom content creation depending on your selected package and project needs.
Will you post directly to my social media accounts?
Yes. Content scheduling and publishing can be included with our Content & Social Media Management packages.
Working Together
Do you work with clients outside of California?
Absolutely. Many of our creative services are completed remotely, allowing us to collaborate with clients across the country.
How do you communicate during a project?
Clear communication is an important part of our process. We provide regular updates throughout your project and are available by email and scheduled meetings to ensure everything stays on track.
